Description
"Altos del Valle", 67 hectares, was the first urbanisation developed in the Moche valley. In the initial phase, a change in the Integral Plan was proposed to extend existing roads and create two ring roads linking the municipality of Trujillo with the coast — articulating future territorial traffic.
Within the plot, two structural roads divide the space into three portions. Each part is articulated with a secondary road giving access to the plots organised in the form of condominiums.
The development houses 14,000 inhabitants, giving it the character of a small municipality. The central area is designed with a more commercial character; around it, residential condominiums connected through a network of parks.
Begun in 2014 and completed in 2022. In 2020 it received an Honourable Mention in the Walkable City Award (LimaCómoVamos / European Union), recognising private initiatives that deliver a better product to those building their first home in expansion areas of Peruvian cities.
